I must admit that I am biased when it comes to Harvey's, as I have been eating their veggie burger for more than 20 years. As such, I usually enjoy my meal whenever I eat at a Harvey's, unless something weird happens. This franchise is no different, as I have always liked eating here over the years. Indeed, you will get a typical Harvey's experience at this location, which I truly mean as a compliment.

Update. Restaurant is looking good inside. A bit of attention to table balance would be handy. I used napkins to straighten it. Food was great, excellent burger I wish they still used fresh potatoes. That with gravy was the best anywhere New frozen fries are nothing special Love the hotdogs and shakes ♥️ This place arrived in the early 60s and used to have only a few stools. It expanded in the 70s. Love their Burgers and Hotdogs. Service is usually fast and friendly. Drink machine for refills. Kept clean

We decided to go to the Bells Corner restaurant for dinner last night. The person who served us was polite and attentive. The food was tasty. I had to return my fries as they were cold, and they replaced them without a fuss. I would return to this location.

I did the drive through which was quite slow - this was because they were understaffed. The food is as expected for a fast food burger joint. Great respect for the few people who were working so hard!! And a giant raspberry for the owner who isn't hiring enough staff! Increase your pay offer and you will be successful in hiring.

I normally visit this location about once every two weeks normally service is excellent . Last night was very different. The person taking orders at the cash no greeting he just stood there. I was not sure of he was ready for my order or not. Then he got the order wrong when I got my meal. Now the person putting on the condiments was just the same. She put my double original in the counter and just stared at me. No conversation at all. When she put my fries on the tray I said I had asked for frings. All she said no fries is what is here. Well thats not what I ordered. She had interpersonal skills just like the order taker on cash. Disappointed in the service but the food was good.

Service would be no stars, last went thru drive thru, ordered I waited for my meal the girl didn’t even come to the window to give the drink or even say it’s going to be a bit 15 mins go by. The guy who put my order together brought it to the window the girl was taking another order. Instead when she was done she walked away rolled her eyes and started to put trays up for store front and getting fries for them. So we drove off very bad service. The whole time waiting she kept looking back us and rolling her eyes And when she was taking our order I had to repeat 10 times what I wanted and someone else had to tell her over the headset. Seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all

Brandon at the front counter was above what I expect going into any fast food establishment. He was exceptionally well mannered and should be looked at as the measuring stick of what customer service should be. Well done sir. I hope those above you at Harvey’s know what a great employee they have!!!!

ordered poutine from the take out window, stone cold by the time i got it home. before you flame me, the cheese isn't melted, the fries are undercooked, this was never hot enough
